Contacted Luke in early 2023 with a view to improving my muscular strength, endurance, and muscle mass. 3 months in and I am really pleased with my results. Best PT I have ever had! Luke is incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and tailored each session to me and my goals. I feel so much better in such a short space of time and owe that to Luke. After having a baby 3 months ago, I thought it would take a long time to feel myself again. But the sessions were fun (as well as hard work!), and he ensured that he pushed me to achieve my very best but also listened to feedback, making sure I was achieving what I wanted and was comfortable. I have been training with Luke now for 3 months, with my goals being mobility, toning, weight loss, and implementing a training regime that is sustainable in the long term. Luke is very friendly, knowledgeable, and loves what he does. All training sessions are individually tailored to your goals and take place in the comfort of Luke's private gym. Luke explains each exercise in great detail so you fully understand what muscle groups are being worked and the benefits of each. I have found the sessions challenging but enjoyable.
