Personal Trainer

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Qualified First Aider, and a Mental Health First Aider, based in Romsley, covering Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Clent, Fairfield, Quinton, and the surrounding areas. 

I provide a tailored 121 service in the comfort of my own private gym, with options to add to the Sessions with nutrition and exercise programmes for outside of our time together.

We discuss your goals from the outset, and regularly check in on these to make sure we are achieving what you want to achieve.

Your first 1 Hour session is always free - that way we can spend time really understanding your goals, and we can get a feel for what intensity is right for you to start off on. Any ability level is welcome.

So if you are looking to improve your strength and conditioning, reduce fat, improve mobility, enhance confidence, and maybe even looking to have a little bit of fun and try something different, I look forward to hearing from you.

THE LT PHILOSOPHY

Exercise provides the body with a chance to change. Proper nutrition, will help those changes happen. With the correct mindset, those changes will last a lifetime.

This is why I take a holistic approach to your PT and explore all aspects of health and fitness, and try and give you the best possible chance of making lasting change.

We will help you find balance and consistency, and learn the tools you need to succeed. Most of all, we will have fun! Enjoyment is very much one of my key principles - which you will soon get to learn :)

 

'Option 1'

1 Hour Training Session

 

For those looking to focus more on increasing their activity levels. Session includes a Warm Up and Cool Down, and discussion around goals and expected outcomes of the session

'Option 2'

1 Hour and 15 min Training Session

'Option 1' but with additional time factored in to talk more about goals, motivation, and education. Take that extra time to really understand why and what you are doing, and really mastering technique. 

This would be my recommendation.

4 x 1 hour 15 mins Training Sessions.
